late afternoon walk on Gooch's Beach was cut short by the piercing wind. The sea water was frozen along the shore. |

![]() After a satisfying roll in the catmint, she was content to return to the studio. |

It's a good reminder for people to look up when these snow conditions exit.

![]() The warmth of the sun has melted much snow. Many birds are happy to see the ground as the cardinal watches from above.....saw some birds gathering long strands of grass in their beaks and wandering off towards a thicket under the pine trees in the front yard.... most likely to build a nest. |
It
is warm enough for Polly to enjoy sitting out on the front porch early this morning as shadows of branches dance around her. |
