A Note from David People have gardens for all types of reasons in all types of seasons. Some regard the garden as a sanctuary, others as therapy, some as sculpture, and still others as a competitive event. A Note from Nancy "...nature will bear the
closest inspection, she invites us to lay our eyes level with
the smallest leaf...every part is full of life." There's something for everyone in a good garden. I love to observe the ever-changing beauty of the garden in all it's seasons and to try and capture the subtle colors, patterns and delicacy of the flowers, berries, and leaves with my ink & watercolors. I treasure the special moments when I'm surprised by the sight of a hummingbird, butterfly, chipmunk or bird. Sponteneous moments thrives in the sanctuary of a garden.
