	PORTLAND HEADLIGHT As a child, I spent every summer in Maine at my grandparents beach cottage. Back home, looking at the Portland Headlight always made me feel like I was in Maine. I still draw the scene even today. Lighthouses really are reference points, not just in space but in time.   HOME
